The company categorically stated that Brian Ssegawa has no connection to First Pharmacy (U) Ltd in any capacity, including director, employee, or agent, and emphasized that it has no ownership or interest in the disputed land. First Pharmacy described the allegations as deliberate, alarmist, and a serious misrepresentation of its operations, adding that they are entirely baseless and unsupported by facts. It further called on those circulating the posts to remove them immediately and urged the public to rely only on verified information sources, reaffirming its commitment to healthcare service delivery in Uganda.
