Shakira invites triplets Ghetto kids to perform with her at her Halftime show of the World cup

Celebrated dance group, the Triplet Ghetto Kids, is likely to secure another major international opportunity after Spanish superstar Shakira hinted at the possibility of them performing with her at the upcoming World Cup.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup, scheduled from June to July, will be hosted across Mexico, the United States, and Canada, with the final set for July 19, 2026, in New York. Shakira, alongside other global stars, is expected to entertain fans during the final celebrations.

The development followed Shakira coming across one of the Ghetto Kids’ dance clips, which impressed her. She reposted the video on her official Instagram story and directly asked the group if they would be interested in joining her performance on the big stage.

“I need dancers like that!! Guys, do you want to come and perform with me at the finals?” she reportedly asked.

Excited by the gesture, the Triplet Ghetto Kids celebrated the moment, even unveiling a printed banner to express their gratitude for Shakira’s recognition and support.
