The Uganda Premier League trophy, known as “Margherita,” is the official silverware awarded to league champions. It was unveiled in 2025 by the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA). The trophy takes its name from Margherita Peak in the Rwenzori Mountains, the highest point in Uganda. The design is made of silver and stands at approximately 511 millimetres tall, a symbolic reference to the 5.11-kilometre height of Margherita Peak. It features a sculpted form combining a football and a mountain-like structure, representing the journey to the summit of Ugandan football. The trophy is awarded to the Uganda Premier League champions as the symbol of victory in the country’s top-flight football competition.
