Organizers of the Linnus Tattoo Party have released an official statement following South African amapiano star Scotts Maphuma’s failure to perform at the event despite arriving in Uganda.

In the statement, organizers claimed the artist had been fully paid and all contractual obligations fulfilled before the show. They apologized to fans who turned up in large numbers but were left disappointed after the singer failed to appear on stage.

Following the fallout, Scotts Maphuma’s manager was reportedly arrested as authorities and organizers sought answers over the failed performance. The incident has since sparked heated reactions across social media.
